I was born in North Carolina in 1971 and have resided here since graduating from NC State University.

The Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area has been a great place to live, work and to meet some really amazing people.

I began my love of photography by working with "things that don't talk back" like buildings and landscapes, but I've grown to appreciate the ability to capture a moment or feeling.
